My Students
My students come to school each morning eager to learn and interact with their peers, materials and myself. Regardless of the challenges they may be facing at home or outside of school they come to class ready for the opportunities that await them.
They deserve to have their potential reached by providing them every opportunity possible. Their dedication to learning never ceases to amaze me. I love watching them grow and succeed. I want to show my students where reading can take them.
My Project
I have been an avid buyer/collector of children's books for quite some time, but I need to keep up with the current genres and authors. The students are so excited about reading; I want to feed into their excitement by providing them the resources they need.
My students deserve the best! With a well stocked classroom library my students will have plenty of opportunities to get lost in a book. The more reading choices they have, the better chance my students will have of finding what they are interested in. With this interest they will grow as readers and learn to enjoy it!
