My wonderful kiddos are full of energy and eagerness. This bunch of fifty fifth graders come to school ready to learn and full of life! They are excited about learning and want to be the best they can be. They love to learn, and I love to teach them.
At this age, my fifth graders push me to be a better teacher and find ways to help them be more successful and involved.
My students deserve absolutely every opportunity to be successful and it is my mission to make sure that I do my part!
Right now, their beautiful minds love to soak up information every day. We sing. We dance. We learn. It is my goal to help each student become a lifelong learner.
My Project
I often have very reluctant readers in my room. Being able to stock my class library with books that are appealing to the many different personalities I teach will help share the love of reading with every little lovely I work with and in return help them develop a sense of understanding.
My students love to walk in the shoes of other people.
Having books that allow them to see how others live, the challenges they face, and what life is really like will help them accept others. It is proven that reading helps students become more understanding of others.
