My Students

As a teacher in a low-income school, I know my students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. They come to school for routine, social-emotional support, and learning.

I am looking to keep things simple and provide my students with creative, organized, and meaningful learning experiences.

My students have a huge desire to learn and I absolutely love their willingness to try hard with each new thing they do! I believe they should have ownership within the classroom and feel it is a safe place to learn.

My Project

Teaching can be so challenging in our world today. Our young students need to be able to manipulate and play to learn. The problem is that things need to be constantly disinfected or quarantined between users.

These fun magnetic games will provide my students with hands on learning with manipulatives that can be easily wiped and shared with the next student.

They will be able to create and use their imagination in a fun and safe way while learning. These can be used in a variety of subjects throughout the day.
