Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are hardworking, intelligent, and active learners. They are always willing to go the extra mile.
My students have dealt with many real-life situations adults can not even fathom.
These students need the enrichment from the classroom and the field to enrich their learning experiences.
Most of my athletes have never played sports before, and as beginners, they are dedicating a lot of their time to become better at new sports. Their dedication is extremely inspiring. My goal is to enrich their learning experience on the field so they can feel success.
My Project
This project is aimed to procure a new set of catchers equipment for both the baseball and the softball teams to ensure the safety of our student-athletes.
Our student-athletes are hardworking and dedicated; they have been working throughout the offseason to sharpen skills.
We would like to provide our catchers with new equipment that will fit better and protect better.
As a beginner team, the equipment helps us in terms of safety and confidence. When showing up to games, it makes the players feel more relaxed when they are fully equipped to handle their opposition. Through this site, we have been able to obtain so many great things for our team, and we have seen the morale of the team improve as these items have been added to our program.
