My Students

I am a speech-language pathologist, and my students all have different abilities. They use different modalities to communicate and love engaging with each other while learning to express themselves. My students work hard and love to learn.

Coming from all grades, my students benefit from hands-on learning opportunities.

I work with students from kindergarten through eighth grade. By giving them materials appropriate for their age and ability level, I can best support their communication goals.

My Project

My students have a wide range of abilities. Some are working on their comprehension skills, while others are working on answering questions. Some have autism spectrum disorders, while others have ADHD. One thing they all have in common is that they are hardworking, and come to each therapy session with a passion for learning. This goal focuses on my 3rd-5th grade students, who are working on improving their language skills as they move up through the grades.

As they move up through elementary school, the demands on their language skills grow.

These games and activities will help them gain some much- needed practice in different areas of comprehension, while having fun. Thank you, as always, for supporting my classroom.
