My Students

My classroom is home to the most Au-some little learners ever! I run an Autism preschool classroom with 8 - 10 students per morning or afternoon sessions. These little learners work so hard every day to master new skills and learn skills on how to function within a classroom and community setting.

Each one of these students are such incredible individuals, every day is gift!

In my classroom they learn together, create relationships, and share their unique gifts with all!

My Project

My special learners have Autism. Social skills is one of the areas these little learners are working on every day. Many of these smarties have great academic skills, including colors, shapes, and counting!

Play with other toys can be difficult for them as well, so trying to figure out how to play AND use social skills with peers must seem impossible!

I have selected games that will free them from that challenge as they know the skills needed and allow them to focus on turn taking, talking to peers, and more!!
