My Students
We are an amazing, vibrant collection of enthusiastic artists in a Title I inner-city, coastal Connecticut community where 100% of our students receive free lunch and there never seems to be an end to other urgent needs.
We welcome many immigrants and transient families to our community and engage students as they navigate every kind of emotional and social challenge that you can imagine.
Economic need is high, but creative passion is even higher! Please help our creative and talented students touch the wonderful materials they need to thrive and explore.
My Project
Glitter is the universal currency of awesome if you are a child. It's absolutely magical really, do you remember? Having the freedom to freely create with an ample supply of glitter in the art room is truly a huge gift to a young artist. It makes everything better, instantly, like magic. There are thousands of ways to allow glitter into the create process: glitter shamrocks, glitter hearts, glitter clouds, glitter frames, the possibilities are endless. Please consider supporting this project and providing this inspiring and popular resource to your busy, happy creators. Gallons of glorious glitter is a luxury beyond our modest budget.
