This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My PreK students are bubbling with curiosity and creativity. Every day they have so many amazing questions about the world around them. Young children are naturally inquisitive and are driven to investigate how things work. My students would particularly love to use the Light table to discover fun learning opportunities for creative tasks, fine motor development, hand-eye coordination, and pre-writing skills. Adding art materials will further expand their minds and help them to think in new and exciting ways. r

Early STEM and Art education can promote ongoing academic success.
