My Project

These easels and canvas boards will give my students the opportunity to do some real painting. The easels will allow them to paint without the paper being flat on the table, and the boards will give their creations a real foundation that can be kept for the rest of their lives if they choose to.

Right now, all these students get to do is play with watercolor on thin paper.

These supplies will allow them to explore other, more permanent media, such as acrylic and oil.

These kids are hungry for a more in-depth art experience. They are so smart and inquisitive, and they take to new things so eagerly, that I just want to give them everything I can, everything in my power, to help them grow as artists, and as young adults.
