My Project

My 2nd grade class has shown an interest in designing their own games this year. Our STEAM teacher has began game coding with my students and they have grown to love it. Our school is a project based school and I began to brainstorm some ideas to grow this interest that my students have shown.

One of the most achievable ways for students to began designing games in elementary is to create their own board games!

So we are doing a project and students will design and create board games! We will use the materials listed to help start creating their game boards. The poster boards will be the base, and the stickers, game pieces, rulers, and pencils will be used to create/design their board.
