This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A few of our most used classroom flexible seating options and storage containers need to be replaced. Students have loved to sit on the soft storage ottomans in our room and use storage baskets to find art supplies quickly but several of those items are now worn down.

My students take pride in the comfort of our classroom space which contains calming colors, easy to use organization systems, and flexible seating.

I hope to be able to provide students with new furniture to replace what's broken, improved classroom storage systems, as well as art supplies for an upcoming group project to add to the beauty of our space.
