My Students

The excitement of learning is still with my third graders. I love it when the light bulb comes on and the student gets "the look" on their face. No better reward for me. Nothing better than a third-grade sense of humor which they are just beginning to get.

I teach at a title I school so my students' exposure to real-world experiences, books and school supplies are limited.

My children know they’re going to be loved and will laugh many times during the school day when in my classroom. They deserve the best and with your help,​ they'll get it.

My Project

My students need a way to sit at the small group instruction table. Right now they lug their own chair from their desk to the table or sit on their knees. The benches will give us enough room to have 4-5 students at the learning table. Chairs take too much room at the table and the students get tangled up with each other, so the student attention is not with the lesson 100%.

The stools are going to provide my children with a better learning environment that will allow them to engage in our lessons without being preoccupied with poor seating arrangements.
