Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Distance Learning has proven to be extremely difficult and stressful for all of us. I am trying to continue to meet the individual academic needs of my 26 children while continuing to follow the curriculum with fidelity. Doing this without digital resources has proven extremely challenging.
My Project
Having these funds available for Teachers Pay Teachers is going to help me help my students. I have been utilizing this site weekly to find activities that are fun while enhancing and enriching our daily lessons. There are wonderful lessons on this site but I cannot buy all that I would like to.
This is such an amazing opportunity to have this funding available to much needed resources during distance learning.
I am trying to follow the curriculum while making learning fun.
Teachers Pay Teachers offer wonder extension activities for response to reading, graphic organizers on skills directly linked to the standards as well as math enrichment activities. Teachers Pay Teachers also offers close reading activities on many different reading levels which is what I need to meet the needs of all my children . Any topic, subject , theme or book I have searched for I have found activities for on Teachers Pay Teachers. It is such a wonderful resource. Being funded for this project will allow me to have many different activities for my children to work on at home while continuing to learn.
