Mrs. Cocuzzi from Rochester NY is requesting Art Supplies through DonorsChoose, the #1 classroom funding site for teachers.

Fund Creativity! Art Materials for All!

Help me give my students quality color pencils and paint. While some students do have supplies at home, many do not. These supplies will allow every student in the school to enjoy their art class.

My Students

My students are a diverse group of middle school students in Rochester New York. They are full of energy and ideas and have a love for the Arts. Within a structured school days, my classroom is one place where students can embrace their individuality and creativity. This spring, my student artists were able to make Art with whatever they had at home. From cereal boxes to pinecones and branches to painting with tea and coffee, lack of supplies didn't stop the creating.

My Project

In the past, students have shared a class set of all art materials. With new health and safety precautions, sharing supplies is not an option. Each student needs their own individual supplies.

These high quality art supplies will allow students to create in color!

Some will be used in class and others will be able to be borrowed for creating art at home in support of our hybrid schedule. Without these materials, disadvantaged students will be limited to creating art with only a pencil. By providing funds for these supplies, you're giving the ability to paint, to shade and to create.
