I can not say enough positive things about my kids and their drive to learn. They are constantly surprising me while going through the normal struggles that middle school kids go through. But through it all, they are amazing!

My Project
Dr. Shelton Cooper's show 'Fun with Flags' brings a smile every time he and Amy are producing an episode on The Big Bang Theory. Why? Because I always think about how much my kids at school love flags. They will draw them, look up about them, learn which flags represent which countries, and more. It is kind of amazing to watch some kids' fascination with flags.
So as Shelton would say, "Bazinga!" Recently I had a parent donate quite a few international flags.
We are so excited to have these flags. Some of the flags are on poles and others are just loose. They are all about the same size. The kids ask if we could display the flags from the ceiling in my classroom so all can enjoy.
So this project will allow my students to rehang the flags on poles (dowel rods) to be hung from our classroom ceiling (with ceiling clips). I have also included dowel caps to cap off each end of the poles as well as a couple of flags that I know will be of interest to the kids that are not in the donated set. The kids also need a couple of flag books to learn more about the flags.
This project is all about fun while casually learning about flags. So "Bazinga" just like that you could be a part of this flag waving experience with your donation.
