Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love that every day my students are eager to learn and always try their best, even if they are having trouble understanding a concept they never give up or stop trying to figure out the answer to a question.

Students will have a personal journal to practice writing daily, which will prepare students for the district writing benchmark.

Students will also practice greater than and less than using the alligators. This will be a fun way for students to engage in wanting to master the skill. Once students learn the concept they will be rewarded for their accomplishments. Students will also be able to work on math problems using the mini-writing keychain. By giving them these tools I feel their self-esteem will improve allowing them to feel confident.
