My Students

My students are from a very small rural community attending a very small school. At our rural school, we do our best to provide everything we can to ensure we are providing them the best education possible.

My students love learning.

My classroom is a music classroom, and we enjoy learning about music. My students are most engaged when doing hands-on activities.

My students are highly motivated to learn about music. They love to sing and play instruments. My students are very excited about new music activities.

My Project

Our world is focused on technology in this day. Our schools are working to provide that technology to equip our students with that knowledge. It is expensive. Our small school does the best job they are able to. My classroom being the Music classroom is often put last after the general classrooms. I would like the opportunity to bring more technology into my classes. Having a classroom IPad would put us on a good start for that. Currently I use my personal IPad to play music for concerts and rehearsals in our classes. If our classroom had a classroom IPad, it would allow us the opportunity to do many Music opportunities, such as composing in centers, playing music, playing online Music games, and so much more.
