Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Why are my students special? Despite their surroundings, they come to school every day, ready to learn. We live in a low socioeconomic area. Many students are living in poverty, and school might be the only fun they have all day. Between the teachers, parents, and community leaders, we all try to do whatever we can to make learning fun and enjoyable. My students are close to my heart, and they deserve to have a great school year!
My Project
All the materials I am requesting will help the children be creative in the classroom. The play dough helps them build muscles in their fingers. The peel and stick items will help them create different shapes and have a lot of fun.
The picture frames will be created and the students will have them with a class picture so they can remember 2021/2022.
I am excited for the macaroni. I cant wait to see what they create with their macaroni pieces. And the stickers will be great fun for them.
