My Students

I teach in an elementary public school where 1/3rd of the population is special education. I teach Kindergarten through 5th grade and majority of my classes are either integrated co-teaching or self-contained. My students love coming to physical education class and can’t wait for all the new and exciting games they get to play!

My class is a place where my kids can come and burn off their energy and better their health!

With your help, my students can be introduced to new activities they can use for a lifetime!

My Project

I'd love to give my students new ways they can be physically active for a lifetime. These activities include scooter hockey, stilt walking and cooperative games, which helps to teach students how to communicate properly with one another!

With your help, you can give my students new, fun activities I can implement with the equipment purchased!

Many of my students have been requesting to play hockey, however, we don't have the necessary equipment to implement a hockey unit. Majority of my students have never played hockey before and what better way to learn to play, than in their elementary physical education class!
