My Students

Our class is filled with students that are just like a real family. Different gifts, different needs, and different activity levels. Just like a family, we love each other endlessly and know how to take care of each other.

Our students come from environments that vary greatly.

Our common thread is that we are human and we work hard to make sure all are included. This is a special group of kids and I am lucky to have been chosen as their teacher!

My Project

Luckily we live in Florida and every day is a great day for play! In our school district, we are so fortunate to be given "mandatory" recess. Which we LOVE!

This equipment will help us play together.

We will be using the footballs and soccer balls help build character, work together, and learn to follow rules of the game. The sidewalk chalk will allow our inner artists to flourish!

We love each other very much and enjoy working together toward success.

By having choices of equipment, we get to play a team sport or we could decide to using our imaginations and create a brand new game play on our own! As growing kids, we need both structured and unstructured play to help guide our development.
