My first graders come to school excited to learn and share their ideas with one another, and with their teacher! My students work hard to be kind and caring to everyone. They enjoy helping each other. We have a lot of fun learning in the classroom together!
My students come to school in the morning ready to do their best and improve in all areas of learning.
Most of the students come from low-income homes. Our school is a Title I building where all students receive free breakfast and lunch. Despite the struggles my students face, they are hard working, sweet, and caring students.
My Project
My students enjoy moving around the classroom to work. Having seating choices will help students stay focused and motivated. The wobble stools and cushions will help my students be able to move around while focusing and being productive.
With the flexible seating, students will be more engaged in their learning and be comfortable when moving to different workspaces in the classroom.
