Help me give my students flex seating in the library. Flex seating offers the students options, comfort and fun. The library needs to be a fun place to learn, read and explore.
My students attend the only primary school in our district. We have enrollment of 580 students from grades Kindergarten - Second grade.The students at my primary school are eager to learn about books. The students are eager to learn how to read and to learn more about new topics. Students visit the library every day. My awesome school consists of 580 Kindergarten to Second Grade students.
The library is known as the "learning hub" of the school.
I want the library to be a place the students want to visit. The library needs to be a comfortable, inviting place. The love of reading begins at a young age, and I want to foster that love of reading.
My Project
My students love to read and explore new topics. This table and floor seats will give all of the students at my school an option for flex seating while visiting the library. Students sit at desks during class time, so the flex seating in the library will give them a chance to explore new topics while being comfortable.
Flex seating is attractive and inviting.
I want the library to be a place where all students want to visit throughout the school day. "The love of reading begins here" is the motto of my school library. I want all students to become lifelong readers.
