Help me give my students the opportunity to improve mathematical reasoning and number sense. These tools will also increase math fact fluency in all four basic operations. As skills increase, so does the ability to problem solve.
My 4th grade students are full of curiosity and a zest for learning. I have students performing above grade level, at or around grade level, and students currently performing well below grade level.
They are all kind and considerate members of our classroom community.
They are creative and adventurous. My students love to read and to write. They jump at the change to try something new and are very supportive of each other. It is truly a joy to be their teacher.
My Project
These materials will be utilized in small group centers and individual skill-building sessions. We have a variety of learners in the classroom; I need, and want, to reach them all. These tools will help increase engagement by providing a means to gain understanding and build mathematical understanding and number sense.
