My Students

Our beautiful school is nestled between two communities-an affluent neighborhood on one side and an urbanized sprawl on the other. Our students come from both. Despite their home settings, they are eager to come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects, and appreciate challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions!

Each child in my classroom absolutely loves learning, although the methods and environments in which they learn best vary greatly.

We incorporate a variety of strategies, classroom arrangements, seating arrangements, and options to ensure that each student's needs are met. They are an amazing class, and I am so blessed and thankful to have a new group of learners that are excited and ready to learn each year!

My Project

As we start another year facing COVID, there are many worries and concerns for parents, students, and teachers. From a teacher's perspective, I want my students to be able to come to school and feel safe, comfortable, and to be able to have fun. Wearing masks that have fun, colorful designs offer my students all those feelings while still being able to be a kid. It allows my students to put their worries to rest and completely focus on school work. Thank you in advance as you donate to the teachers on my team and all the students that we teach!
