My Students

My students in my classroom are excited about learning. They love learning through hands on, engaging activities. In my classroom I have a very diverse group of learners, in addition to learners that have recently moved to the United States and are learning English. At my school we have a high rate of poverty (at least 75 %) as well as a highly mobile population.

Kindergarten is a very important year in a child's education and it is my hope to create a positive first experience where students are able to see the joy and importance of learning.

My Project

These interactive materials will help students gain interest and understanding into animals, their life cycles, and their habitats. By using these materials students will be able to touch, feel, and experience animals in a fun hands-on approach.

My students will be able to learn Science thru a fun and interactive experience.

They will be able to see the animals in their habitats by looking thru the viewers. They will also be able to touch and feel thru the interactive learning centers. My students are excited to learn about animals and my hope is they will be able to thru these amazing materials.
