I work with 24 enthusiastic students who live in a suburban area. My school is an inspiring place to come each day. I strive to create a community in my classroom where students are comfortable, supported and engaged in their learning each and every single day.

My students are inquisitive, thoughtful, and creative. They have strong personalities and take pride in their work. They are motivated to learn and are engaged in learning each day.
Some of my students have experienced hardships and life changing experiences, yet they enter the room with a positive attitude and put forth their best effort. THEY ROCK!
My Project
We will use the Chromebooks for the online individual and group practice and instruction. The Chromebooks will allow us to connect with our language arts program, iReady lessons, coding sites, and AR site. They will also allow us to connect to additional math, social studies and science websites. By having a charging station, our tablets can be charged daily and ready for students to work on each day.
With the use of a fully charged tablet, students will put their problem solving and critical thinking skills to work each day.
The charging station will also help centralize and organize our classroom technology. Students will be more engaged and motivated with their personal tablet at hand. They will also be used to help students go on virtual field trips, exposing them to new cultures and places they've never had the opportunity to experience. Having these Chromebooks will allow for differentiated learning in my classroom.
