This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students and I have a thirst for learning and are constantly looking to try and experience new things.

My students are lovers of hands-on learning and dreamers looking to create and inspire.

Like most young learners, my students love technology and are fascinated by all the possibilities around them. I teach in a low income school district where resources in school and at home are limited. My students work so hard at so much in their lives and they deserve something special!

My Project

Our students are learning in yesterday’s classroom and that has to change. These materials will allow me to provide my students with the learning materials necessary to start new chapters on their journey to success.

New STEM materials will help to create those light bulb moments in the classroom on a regular basis.

Obtaining two Ozobots and devices is an important step in helping to introduce and prepare my students for a workforce that offers so many opportunities in today’s ever-changing world.

Today, humans have shorter attention spans (7 seconds) than a goldfish (8 seconds).

With advancing technology, 65% of the jobs they are going to do, haven’t been created yet. Please help me provide my students with the head start they deserve.
