My Project

My project is about providing a hands-on STEAM experience to prepare elementary students to take on the 21st century challenges that await them in high school and beyond.

The materials requested will be used to launch a new STEAM program on campus that will be accessible to all students K-6.

In this project, I am asking for my very first Makey Makey kit. This would be an innovative addition to get kids reenergized and engaged in creative technology.

Due to COVID-19, students have been isolated and unable to collaborate. They are missing that hands-on, investigative learning that is not always possible through a screen. Students will be able to notice and wonder, ask questions, explore the world around them and become inventive problem solvers for the future.
