My students come to class full of life and excitement for what's in store for them that day. We work diligently every day to become the best leaders of tomorrow. I want to be able to provide my students with engaging and rigorous lessons throughout the school year.

As an educator, my goal is to create passionate students who become lifelong learners. They truly are the most incredible group of kids.
My Project
My students learn through a variety of methods, whether it is through a hands-on lesson, a project, or science activities. I am asking for a variety of resources including an Osmo Coding Jam Game, a Snap Circuits Lights Electronics Discovery Kit, a Makey Makey Invention Kit, and some Sphero Robot Balls. Our class has taken a special interest in learning how to code and have been persistent on getting class robots and other games to help them learn the process. The really amazing thing is, most of my girls are the ones asking. If that isn't empowering in itself, I am not sure what is!
We would use these different requested games and robots weekly during our STEM rotations.
The students use the design thinking process to help them create or work through different tasks. I would love to bring more up to date devices and games in order to bring their ideas and love for learning to life.
