My Students
My students love working collaboratively. They enjoy doing the work. They’re very competitive and goal oriented. They are fearless when it comes to technology and, as children of the 21st century, they need to be prepared to use a variety of tools to engage their world. I noticed how engaged and eager to work when I let them use their cellphones for research that I know these tablets will be perfect! We will have an extra source to learn with!
My Project
I will be a self contained teacher this year and with these 6 new Fire tablets, my students will be able to use them in every subject from math to science to reading and social studies! AR testing will be more accessible and we will get to do more researching throughout the year! We can also use them in collaborative work and have one per group and individual work to be use during stations. The use of technology will increase their student achievement tremendously! They will also be used as incentives for good behavior and on a given times students will use as a positive reinforcement!
