We are not simply each individuals in our class. Instead, we are a class family who learns to care for and support each other. I challenge and encourage my students academically, socially, and emotionally. We work to become people with great character.
Hurricane Harvey made the beginning of the year quite interesting.
We missed over 10 days of school. Through the challenges, our class became even stronger!
I want my students to have everything they need to meet and exceed their goals. I teach an incredible group of kindergarten students! They have kind hearts and are hard working! They love learning new things and constantly show wonderful growth!
My Project
My students need STEAM activities to utilize throughout the day. These activities will allow students to collaborate and follow their passions. The books will encourage students and help them understand that perseverance is important - we must use our growth mindset to continue learning and growing. The ball chairs will provide students will a comfortable place to work as they learn to make choices that are best for their learning. The coding devices will help our young learners venture into their future.
