Our students are enthusiastic learners! They are inquisitive, bright, caring, compassionate, and filled with wonder. Our small, rural school is located near the southern coast of Oregon. We work hard to foster an environment that promotes collaboration, creativity, and communication throughout our day.
We pride ourselves on lifting each other up, as we strive toward a common goal of developing students who are critical thinkers, innovators, and role models.
We have a long way to go toward achieving this goal; however, with your help, I know we can make it. In our class, we live by the motto, "The good you do will come back to you!"
My Project
Our project is fairly straight forward. We would love the opportunity to learn how to play frisbee golf! This incredible sport allows players to working individually and as a team. Players pitch their frisbee flying discs into goals with hanging chains. When the frisbee hits the chain, players score points, What is especially appealing about this sport, is that the materials are easily transported and set up. In addition, players participate in getting outside and exercising. Currently, we do not have frisbee golf supplies at our school; however, with your help, these incredible resources will soon be in the hands of some awesome kids!
