This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Do you want to meet the best second graders in the universe? Well look no further, they are the students in my class!! They are energized to learn so much this year! We are located in a very high urban areas in New York. 100% of our students receive free lunch.

Not only do my second graders love to learn, but they love to take charge of their own learning!

My Project

With all the craziness going on in the world, my students can really benefit from a brand new rug. This will ensure a fresh and clean start for the new school year.

Your donation will help my students begin their new school year with a fresh new space to call their own!

No one could have imagined the impact of the recent events in the world, imagine how it has affected so many of our young students. Having a new rug will invite students into a safe place where they can grow as they learn.
