I have a classroom full of eager learners who truly care about one another. We have a built a community within our classroom by appreciating each other and celebrating our differences.
Many of my students come from difficult circumstances and school has become a place of acceptance, refuge, happiness for them.
My Project
Fraction manipulatives for my tier 2 math group; fresh correcting pens; baskets to help organize our up and coming classroom library, pencil baskets, velcro for our name plates, rolling cart with bins for fast finisher work, absent work, graphic organizers, book report forms, etc.
Having new and updated classroom supplies make everyone more engaged and excited about learning.
We are in constant motion with virtual learning and in-person learning, and the organization systems (bins, baskets, etc.) will help to keep our classroom running more efficiently. This will help me as a teacher as well as the students.
