My Students

Have you ever had to get through a class, or meeting, only thinking about lunch? My students often come to school hungry, and leave not knowing where their next meal may be.

My primary goal is to support families in making sure they are able to provide basic needs for their students.

I also assist with setting up alternative transportation to and from school, helping families with clothing, rent assistance, and any other support a family may need. Each week I prepare foods bags, filled with fresh produce, and other groceries to help families that are in need.

My students are a joy and are always eager to help and give back. They are the greatest hope for a better future.

My Project

Students receive a food bag each week filled with fresh produce and groceries to last for at least a week. Many families have expressed gratitude for being able to have food sent home to help with feeding their families. We have partnered with our local food bank that delivers food each week for families in need. We often receive a surplus amount, and are left without a place to store items.

By donating to our project, you will not only help ensure a place of safe storage, but you will ultimately help store more food, and ensure all families are able to take home something.
