My Students

My students are from a low economic school in a suburb outside of Pittsburgh. They thrive on one-on-one or small group attention to help review or gain understanding of skills. We have a very small school population so we are able to achieve this.

Engagement is a key to success.

If students are engaged and an active participant, they learn better. My students love being a part of their learning. While some of them do have difficult home lives, we can give them the attention they need to help unlock their full potential.

My Project

My students are in need of a fully loaded STEM cart. The cart will be loaded with many materials and tools the students can utilize to complete STEM related projects. The STEM cart will help foster collaboration, problem solving, and critical thinking in the classroom. Those skills are ones they will need to be successful in their post graduation careers no matter what they may be.

The fully loaded STEM cart will allow students to create projects across all areas of the curriculum, so they can see real world relevance to all school subjects.

The students will work together and build essential skills they will need to carry with him throughout their schooling and beyond.
