Help me give my students snap circuits to enhance their learning about how electricity works.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
I teach second grade. My students are from a small rural farming community. They come to class with lots of energy along with a love to read and explore new things. They love to learn through outdoor activities, hands-on activities and through real-life experiences. We have incorporated many different activities during daily lessons to keep them engaged in learning. By adding snap circuits exploration in the classroom, I am hoping to develop life-long learners with a love for learning, exploring and developing new things.
This year I would love for my students to get the opportunity to learn about how electricity works. I chose snap circuits as a means to introduce the basic circuity. My students enjoy learning by doing and snap circuits will give them just that!
By giving my students the opportunity of using snap circuits they will learn the basic properties of electricity and electrons.
They will be able to manipulate circuits and create their own using the components provided in the snap circuit kit.
Snap circuits will also teach my students many principles of engineering and physical science, introduce them to the basic circuitry including electronic flow, positive/negative poles, resistors, capacitors, serial, and parallel circuitry.
