My Project

I have been serving adjudicated male youth since 1999. I first started in a group home and since 2017 I have been working in a detention center. Unfortunately, I cannot offer these students the opportunities I could in a group home. So, I'm hoping to implement a club which will introduce them to foreign languages, different cultures, and countries around the world.

I plan to use these books/workbooks/maps in conjunction with our limited internet access to immerse these students in different cultures, languages, and countries.

I hope to watch foreign movies and maybe food tastings of dishes from those countries.
