This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are growing up in a digital world. Headphones will benefit my students so they are be able to work on their computer skills utilizing the required programs used in class. In addition, all of our testing is on the computer this year, therefore; headphones will allow students to stay focused and score higher on state exams In addition, headphones will help keep all students on the same level and encourage them to pay attention and interact with the text.

Sometimes students will forget to bring their own set of headphones, because of this, we will keep them in class so students will have them accessible when needed.

Another benefit is that headphones will reduce the level of background noise . They will allow children to focus intently on the work at hand and to cancel out any noise and distractions

Lastly, headphones may also give students the ability to concentrate on what they are learning more efficiently and retain information better so the can be successful learners.
