My Students

I teach a group of very talented and wonderful students. I feel like this group has the potential to become great leaders to impact the good of our society. Our school is a wonderful place to learn, but like most any school we lack certain resources that would give these students the best opportunity to be successful.

These students never cease to amaze me!

Their curiosity, hard work, and kindness are one of the reasons it is such a joy to teach this class.

My Project

A large part of the students in my class and students I have taught in the past seem to hate or abhor writing. I want to help them develop a love for writing by purchasing a daily writing journal that they can use to journal and sketch in. These journals will help give the students a space of their own where they won't be graded or asked to write an essay. This journal is more than just lined paper. The hardcover and the quality of the journal is to help ensure that this becomes a treasured item that they will keep throughout their lives and a reminder that writing is enjoyable.
