For The Love Of Reading

Help me give my students books to support our Frog Street Curriculum. These books will enhance student learning across the curriculum. Children love to listen to stories and this will provide our classroom a large variety of books.

My Project

Children exposed to books early and often learn to take care of books, appreciate literature, and recognize letters, words, and punctuation. The children in my classroom love to read and be read too. These books will help motivate interest in books of fiction and non-fiction. These books will promote brain development and imagination, develop language and emotions, and strengthen relationships. These books will also prepare for academic success, increasing concentration as well as cultivating a lifelong love of reading. These books will be read to support ELA, writing, science, social studies, math as well a social skills.
