My Project

The fridge will be a space for me to keep healthy foods for students who are hungry or may not eat enough healthy foods at home. Teaching nutrition and health education is an essential part of students learning how to eat nutritious meals that will help them live longer lives. I want a fridge in my classroom to store food for future nutrition projects I want to complete in my class. For example, I am making healthy smoothies for students and modeling how to make them in class—also showing students how to make healthy snack alternatives that they can make at home instead of unhealthy junk foods.
