This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My TK (transitional kindergarten) class is made up of a very unique group of students. For many, this is their first school experience and they come in ready to learn. They are eager little learners who love to explore, experiment, and create. My students are very curious and excited when learning something new. I love to see them be creative and use their imaginations. I would love to provide more opportunities for them to keep learning and growing.

TK is the place to learn the skills necessary to build a strong, solid learning foundation.

They are able to reach their goals in a class where they can have hands-on learning experiences. Being able to manipulate and actually see how something works gives them a better understanding. In TK, we grow, play, and learn together in a positive, safe learning environment. I am so proud of all my creative little thinkers!

My Project

Art is where my students personalities shine. I love to see their creativity blossom as they grow. The Easy Clean Craft trays will be great for painting and collaging. Clean up will be easier as their messes will be contained on the trays. My students will have their own workspace which will help keep art materials from getting mixed up or from falling on the floor. The peel and stick cubes and shapes will be used for various art projects. The drawing paper will be used for drawing and painting pictures. Art is an important way for my students to express themselves and showcase their creativity!
