Focus Tools for Special Needs Students

My Project

We all encounter a lack of focus at one time or another. With diverse learners, this can be a chronic, almost insurmountable challenge.

As I encourage my special needs students to reach outside of their comfort zones, I use various focus tools such as fidget balls and sensory rings as a source of comfort and background stimulus.

When used appropriately, focus tools promote concentration which in turn leads to better classroom engagement and advanced learning. I'm working hard to make school a challenging, yet enjoyable place for diverse learners, who historically struggle in traditional learning environments. Thank you for your consideration of our cause.
