My Students

My students are all over the place! I mean that in the best way. I love to see them learn more about music. They all want to grow in their knowledge of different instruments. They love learning in so many different ways and I want to be able to provide for the various routes to learning music theory and music notation and music performance.

This year we are having to do things so differently that making adjustments and being flexible is the most important thing right now.

My Project

COVID times have taught me that a lot of students and families put things on hold. One area that has suffered is the Arts in our schools. Students who may have shown an interest prior to COVID were either too afraid to join when the time came or were attending school virtually and just didn't know how they would be able to start learning an instrument from home while their teacher was on a computer screen.

Now that we are back in the school building, I am seeking out students who may want to learn how to perform on an instrument.

One thing that is need are instruments that these new band members can play. Please help us with providing these quality flutes for our band program.
