My Students
I work in a Title I school and my students come from a variety of different economic backgrounds with 100% of students receiving free breakfast and lunch.
My students are passionate, hard-working, and eager to learn.
They are budding ambassadors, world travelers, scientists, entrepreneurs, teachers...They are our future and I want to give them a great start to their long successful, educational career.
My students are learning and growing every day. I want to help inspire them in any way I can.
My Project
My students need a daily math kit that we could use everyday to provide a variety of math skills in the classroom.
The Daily Math Fluency kit will help me to develop my students' foundational math skills by building their confidence in math and providing for future success.
The Math Kit teaches number sense to students through number strings, manipulatives, and daily lessons. In this kit, 10 frames, subitizing cards, a number path pocket chart, and much more will be provided to cover all the basic areas of number sense. With this daily kit, my students' understanding of numbers will flourish.
