My Project

Music. You can remember songs from 10 years ago.

Flocabulary engages students with a music video, to introduce a SEL, Social Studies, or Language Arts topic.

After watching the video the students get to interact with the vocabulary, create their own song using the Lyric Lab, create clips from the video (a state testing skill) and take quizzes about what they have learned.

This project will fund a whole schools accessibility! We have had a free trial and our teachers love it. When I asked my students which part they liked the best, the answers varied from the music video to creating their own song.
