This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My first grade students love to have a flex seating option during their individual center learning time for reading and math.

These flex seating pillows will allow my first grade students the option to move about the room while being able to refocus on their individual center time work.

Flex seating options allow students to learn in a new area of the room and break up the normalcy of sitting in their desks. Like adults, the children need the flexibility to move about the room for a fresh outlook during learning.
