My Students

Kindergarten is a fun, exciting, nerve racking, and challenging time in a child's life. My kindergarten family is made up of 21 eager learners.

These students come from different backgrounds and have differing needs to be able to access the same education.

My students know that not all students get the same thing but each student gets what they need to help them reach their learning goal. My students care about others in their classroom family and help each other choose a spot that will help them reach their learning goal as well as their own.

My Project

Flexible seating choices help students understand how best their bodies learn. They see what their body needs and if it needs to be moving while working on tables these 2 choices can help students move while doing their kindergarten best. These will just be the start of getting some flexible choices into my classroom for students.

Kindergarten students get to choose the best place for them to work.

Different seating options give them the opportunity to make that choice and learn in a way that is best for them. Consider helping our family with different choices of seats to work.
