My Project

I want to create a cozy corner in my classroom that serves two purposes. I want my students to have options about where to sit while they are doing their work. I want to teach them how to learn about what environment helps them to learn.

I also want to create a safe place for my students who may need a quiet moment.

I already have rocking chairs in the cozy corner but now I need a carpet and more seating options.

I believe in meeting my students where they are and helping them grow to reach their full potential. I think one key in helping me be successful is to provide a cozy environment so my students feel comfortable and at home.
